* The cost of booking a hotel room - 25% of the cost of the first day
* The hotel has a restaurant, a bath complex.
* Extra bed - 500/1000 rubles - 14/28 euro a day - for adults, 250 / 500 rubles – 7/14 euro a day - for children.
* Early arrival at the hotel (06:00 to 12:00) is not paid additionally upon availability.
* Late check-out rate of up to 6 p.m. on the current day - hourly rate (1 / 24 of the room per night) for every hour until 12 a.m. the current day - 50% of the room at night after 12 a.m. to 12 p.m. the next day - 100% room price.
* Check-out time at the hotel – 12 p.m.
* If canceled, reducing the number of rooms, changing dates on pre-confirmed hotel service individual tourists (up to 3 numbers) penalties:
from 8 to 6 days - 25% of the cost charged for first day;
from 6 to 4 days - 50% of the cost charged for first day;
from 4 to 2 days - 75% of the cost charged for first day;
less than 24 hours or "NO show" - 100% of accommodation for the first day to the cost of food.
- If canceled, reducing the number of rooms, changing dates on pre-confirmed hotel service tourist groups (3 or more rooms) penalties in the amount of:
from 15 to 8 days - 10% of the cost charged for first day;
from 8 to 6 days - 30% of the cost charged for first day;
from 6 to 4 days - 55% of the cost charged for first day;
from 4 to 2 days - 80% of the cost charged for first day;
less than 24 hours or "no show" - 100% of accommodation for the first day to the cost of food.
