- fines for cancellation of 3 or more rooms ( 15 – 8 days – 10% from daily rates; 8 – 6 days – 30% from daily rates;  6-4 days – 55% from daily rates; 4-2 – 80% from daily rates; less than 24 hours – 100% from daily rates)

- avoidance of the room without paying a fine is permitted only if there are more than 8 days and nights before arrival. Otherwise there is a 25% - 100% fine from the from the daily rate(depends on number of days)

- administration of the hotel should be informed about refusal to live in the hotel at weekends before 2 p.m. on Friday (Krasnoyarsk time)
