PROGRAM OF VISITING: 3 DAYS/2 NIGHTS (VARIANT A)

Day 1

A city tour around Krasnoyarsk with visiting of all basic sights will start from its historical centre where the founders of the city – a group of cossacks with A.A. Dubensky as the leader – landed in 1628 and where the Historical Gates are erected.

Then the group moves to the memorial to A.A. Dubensky where you can enjoy magnificent view, Troitskoe cemetery with the old church and Karaulnaya Mountain where Paraskeva Pjatnitsy's chapel (1855) is located. Lunch in the restaurant.

After lunch we are going to continue the excursion – you’ll see Blagoveshchensk temple, Pokrovsky cathedral, Catholic Church erected with the help of Polish prisoners and their descendants. In 80-s it was restored and used as the Organ Hall.

Visit to the Krasnoyarsk Regional Museum, postoffice, market, souvenir shop.

Visit to Surikov’s house-museum.

Day 2

After breakfast the group moves to the natural reserve “Stolby”. Short stroll to the stolbist’s log and you are in the heart of the reserve. Tea and the tourists are ready to the excursion around the central group of rocks guided by the professional instructor. Open-air lunch (extra payment) and you take your way back. (For active tourists there is a possibility to go up not by car but on foot – 5 km one way)

After an excursion to Stolby you visit Russian phyto centre. When you go to this phytocentre you have a chance to relax, have a rest and make your body healthier. You’ll visit phytosauna, and then you will be rubbed with herbs and St. Jhon’s wart flower’s oil. After that you’ll enjoy tea “Immune protection”. During this excursion you will learn secrets of Praskovya’s medicine and get much information about herbs’ usefulness.  Or we can arrange Russian banya.

Returning to the hotel, spare time.

15:30 rest and walks
16:30 coming back to the city
17:30  visit to phyto centre / Russian banya
19:00 dinner by yourselves

Day 3

Tourists are going on a rocket-ship along Yenisey to the city of Divnogorsk, enjoy the majestic river, on the banks of which ancient Siberian villages and unique natural monuments are located. The tourist-bus goes along the forest road to the Krasnoyarsk Hydro Power station, the second one in Russia. Lunch.

Then visit to the village Ovsianka settled in 1671. Here you’ll find the library and the church of St.Inokenty Irkutsky built by the famous Siberian writer – V.P. Astafiev. Visiting of the observation point called “Tsar Ryba” and you return to the hotel. Spare time, dinner.

11:00 water trip on ship “Rocket” to Divnogorsk
11:40 arrival in Divnogorsk
12:00 excursion to Krasnoyarsk Hydro power station – outside sightseeing
13:00 lunch in Divnogorsk
15:00 going to Ovsyanka village

Day 2

Visiting of “Funpark Bobroviy Log”, going up on the ropeway to the observation place, where all the city is on your palm and you can also observe Stolby reserve. A short walk in the forest.

Lunch by yourselves in a café.

The next point of the program is visit to the natural reserve “Stolby”. Short stroll to the stolbist’s log and you are in the heart of the reserve. (For active tourists there is a possibility to go up not by car but on foot – 5 km one way)

 Excursion around the central group of rocks. According to the results of the TV survey managed in 1980^th, the reserve was considered to be “the 8^th Wonders of the World”, more exciting than such natural and architectural masterpieces as Kizhi, Baikal Lake, “Golden Ring” and Suzdal’s palace. It was founded in 1925 and now it is the main sight of Krasnoyarsk – the great natural stone work. As it is said in the traveler-book of “Le Petit Fute”, “Phonteblo is like a kindergarten in comparison with Stolby”.

Returning to the city, dinner by youself.

Checking out.

It is possible to replace blocks of the program and visits to: Krasnoyarsk Regional Museum, Museum of Geology, Literary museum, Surikov’s house-museum, “Forest” museum, regional tree nursery, natural reserve “Stolby”, flora and fauna park "Roev Ruchey", yacht trip along Yenisey, bus trip to Yeniseisk, Zelenogorsk, Zheleznogorsk, visit to industrial plants...
