The tour operator “Sayan Ring” has a legal right to make a tourist invitation for visa (maximum stay – 30 days) according to a reference number #001444 issued by the Ministry of international affairs.

The invitation has 2 documents: a voucher and a confirmation of accepting a foreign tourist. Due to changes in Russian visa making procedure it is now necessary to have booking confirmation from a hotel and to live in the hotel on the territory of Russia.

The tour operator “Sayan Ring” offers 2 variants of invitation registration:

1. If you book and pay hotels in any city of Russia via the tour operator “Sayan Ring” the invitation price for 1 person is 40 EUR. It is possible to pay by cash or by bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, please send the essential elements of the company (the name, address, tel. etc).

We need the following information to make the invitation:

Passport copy of an incoming tourist (a page with a photo). If there is no passport copy, please send the following information by fax 007 391 252 49 72 or by e-mail: info@sayanring.com,  

• The tourist’s name, surname, second name
• Birth date.
• Nationality.
• Sex.
• Passport number
• Dates of arrival and departure from Russia (not more than 30 days of stay). Please take into consideration possible flight delays.
• The whole route of the tourist on the territory of Russia. From which city the tourist comes to Russia, which city he goes from Russia, every city that the tourist visits on the territory of Russia, all hotels and hotel room types

2. If the tourist books and pays the hotels by himself or by an organization which makes an invitation for him, the price for the invitation is 55 EUR. It is possible to pay by cash or by bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, please send the essential elements of the company (the name, address, tel. etc).

We need the following information to make the invitation:

§  Sex.

§  Passport number

§   Dates of arrival and departure from Russia (not more than 30 days of stay). Please take into consideration possible flight delays

§  The whole route of the tourist on the territory of Russia. From which city the tourist comes to Russia, which city he goes from Russia, every city that the tourist visits on the territory of Russia, all hotels (the name, tel. and  city code), hotel room types, booking number (confirmation document from the hotel).

 Please write all the information very carefully (passport number, surname, name, second name, date of birth, nationality). If you make a mistake, the embassy will refuse to make the visa. The tour operator is not responsible for refusal if you provide incorrect information.

 There are also other reasons for refusal, not depending on a tour operator. In such cases the tour operator is also not responsible for refusal.

Time for making the invitation – 1-2 working days from the moment when the manager of the company gets all necessary information mentioned above.
