Arjaan Shiviling is a radon spring situated on the top of Shiviling hollow on the left bank of the river Hemchik, not far from Baital village. There are more than 50 healing springs in Tuva republic, including mineral and insipid springs. The Tuvinians deify these springs, sing songs about them. Shamans carry out a purifying ritual of arjaans several times a year. Mineral water includes almost all kinds: carbon, hydrosulfide, salty, sour and radon.
