Within the year of Russian history, Krasnoyarsk authorities want to reconstruct Alexander I avenue. It is planned to locate the avenue in the centre of the city, on the bank of Yenisei river.

Alexander I avenue is not big. It was opened in Krasnoyarsk in 1912 in honour of victory over Napoleon. Krasnoyarsk authorities plan to reconstruct it: plant trees, put benches, erect a monument to the tsar.
