Between the aviation officials of the Russian Federation and the State Israel an arrangement is reached, it concerns passenger transportations between Omsk and Tel Aviv, informs an official site of Rosaviation. Flights will be carried out two times a week when the schedule for the winter 2011-2012 will start to operate.
