The head of Irkutsk oblast  Dmitry Mezentsev announce that reconstruction of Irkutsk historical centre is a real project. He mentioned that all possible opportunities will be used for this. It is planned to make several agreements with financial and industrial companies working on the territory of Irkutsk oblast in the sphere of attracting investments to restore the historical part of the city.
