Marriott International company signed an agreement about building the hotel in Krasnoyarsk. It is going to accept first visitors already in December, 2014 and will become the second one in the Siberian hotel chain of the world famous brand.

The twenty-storey Krasnoyarsk Marriott Hotel with 216 rooms will be situated 3 km from the historical part of the city, on the bank of the city, right in front of the future new centre of Krasnoyarsk, not far from the ‘Lexus-Krasnoyarsk’ auto-centre. It will be the second one in Siberia. The first one was Courtyard by Marriott, with 208 rooms built in Irkutsk, its cost was estimated at 25 mln euro.

At present there are 14 hotels in Russia, which belong to ‘Marriott Hotels & Resorts’. The owners believe that the new hotel in Krasnoyarsk will satisfy the growing demand for first-class conference-halls in the city: there will be a large dance hall and 5 halls for meetings. Also it will offer 4 restaurants and cafes, among which – the national cuisine restaurant, a sports bar and sky bar. The visitors can go to a modern fitness-club and roofed swimming pool.
