The quantity of the foreign tourists who have visited Primorski Territory for 9 months of 2011 year, has increased almost on 12 thousand persons in comparison with the similar period of 2010. Due to the information given by  Department of the International Cooperation and Tourism of Primorski Territory, the  interest to this region has become higher because of the coming tourists from China, Republic of  Korea, Singapore and Taiwan.  

Almost in one and a half time the quantity of tourist arrivals from Australia has increased. The number of the tourists leaving abroad has grown also. According to the information of the Press-service of Primorski  Region  Administration, for the period from January till September 2011 almost 464 thousand inhabitants of Primorski Krai left abroad, this is more on 74 thousand than a year before.

The most popular directions there is the Peoples Republic of China, a Republic of Korea, Indonesia. More than twice the number of leaving in Thailand increased. Mainly inhabitants of the region go  abroad for the rest and treatment.
