From December 11 to 14, an information tour was held for representatives of the tourism industry from the People's Republic of China. Its aim was to promote the tourism potential of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The event was hosted by the Tourism Agency of Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Tourist Information Center of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Dmitry Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk International Airport.

The primary goal of the info tour was to introduce Chinese tour operators to the nature, infrastructure and attractions of Krasnoyarsk Krai, as well as to talk about the availability of tourism in the region for residents of the PRC and the prospects for cooperation with local tour operators and businesses in the region.

The interests and preferences of Chinese tourists were taken into account when compiling the program. The guests visited such places as the St. Nicholas Museum-Steamer, the Bobry Bath Complex, the Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station, the Astafyev V.P. National Center, the Bobrovy Log Fun Park, the stairs to the Torgashinsky Ridge and the Industry creative space. Moreover, the overview tour of hotels in Krasnoyarsk was organized as well.

As part of the info tour, a meeting with tour operators and the business community of the region was held. Deputy Head of the Administration of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai Yulia Filatova made a presentation of the tourism opportunities of the region. The meeting ended with a networking session, during which the participants exchanged experiences and contacts.
