Before getting to Krasnoyarsk they had to take a long way. Firstly, the birds from Pretoria (RSA) have been deliverecd to the city of Johannesburg and after that - to Moscow airport Domodedovo. They arrived to Krasnoyarsk on Tuesday, 6^th of September.  All of the penguines have microchips so scientists can keep track of the number of such specie in zoos around the world.

A new aviary is being build in “Roev Ruchey” for nine africans penguines. At this moment the birds are going through the isolation period at the crane aviary. Citizens and the guests of Krasnoyarsk already can observe the penguines.
