Yesterday, at the Moscow airport "Domodedovo" was held the presentation of a new information system of the Federal Migration Service of Russia. It'll allow the foreigners crossing the border not to fill a migration card on hand. While entering the passport control, personal information of a man will be added to the database automatically. Using of this system's method twicely reduces the time for card registration.  
In the plans of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation there is installation of such informational systems at the airport "Sheremetyevo" to the end of 2011, and further in Kazan, Vladivostok, St. Petersburg. More than a year ago, a similar accounting system was installed at the airport "Vnukovo.
