Recently a new route has appeared in Russia. The developers of the project hope that it will attract travellers not only from Russia, but from all over the world.

‘Green Ring of Russia’ project is created to unite a number of nature and tourist clusters in Russian regions into a single brand. At first ‘Green Ring of Russia’ will include Karelia, Putorana Plateau, Kamchatka, Sakhalin, Baikal and Altai.

This project of the tourist route was first presented last November as a new tourist brand. The point is to unite into a single brand Russian natural resorts which are starting to develop in the framework of Federal target-oriented programme ‘The development of internal and incoming tourism of Russian Federation’.
