On the 20^th of May in the framework of Moscow International Fair of travels there was the final of the best tourist brands of Russia "GOLD BRAND"  in three nominations GOLD LAND, GOLD TOUR, GOLD RESORT

In GOLD TOUR nomination – the best tourist tour of Russia – the first place was given to ‘Great Sayan Ring’ project (Krasnoyarsk region) by ‘Sayan Ring’ tour operator туроператора and Museum of the USSR epoch (Ulyanovsk town).

In GOLD LAND nomination the winner is "Veliky Ustyug – Motherland of Father Frost" project.

In nomination GOLD RESORT the winner is "Uva" resort (Udmurtskaya republic).

On the whole there were more than 70 projects which took part in the contest, and only 12 0f them were in the final.

The purpose of the contest was to determine the leading tour products of Russia, the succesfull experience of territories and tour products branding.  The criteria for choosing the projects was popularity, exclusivity, uniqueness of the brand, level of infrastructure development, creation of comfortable conditions for travelers.  The contest consisted of 3 stages and in the final stage tour operator ‘Sayan Ring’ presented its brand tour ‘Great Sayan Ring’ on the stage of ‘Gostiniy Dvor’ in Moscow on the 20^th of May.
