The right to receive the celebration got Kyzyl which is the capitol of the republic. Naadym will take place on the 15^th of August on the Day of the Republic.

Naadym is a national Tuvan celebration of livestock breeders which is annually held in the middle of August. This event traditionally attracts lots of tourists but first of all it is very important for native peoples who come to the celebration from all around Tuva.

Representatives of all kozhuns (parts of Tuva) are very serious about a preparation of this grand celebration. They pick the best   racehorses, prepare the best fighters of the national wrestling “khuresh”, the best archers and track and field sportsmen.

The main part of Naadym is horse races and the best horse outfit contest.
