The north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been a place of attraction for tourists from all over the world for a long time. In particular, many ratings recommended the Putorana Plateau for visiting. Tourists are stopped by underdeveloped infrastructure.

For a long time, the authorities of the northern regions and business have been looking for a solution. And it seems to be found.

Business and government are combined to make a new center of tourist attraction from the northern territories.

The Norilsk Development Agency, the Regional Business Development Agency and investors - 17 companies - signed an agreement of cooperation on the formation and development of the tourist-recreational cluster "Arctic".

The cluster "Arctic" unites three territories - Norilsk, Dudinka and the Putorana plateau.

The total investment is almost 10 billion rubles (over 160 million $). 

Among 17 investors, three represent Taimyr, one from Moscow, other from Norilsk.

They will invest money into:

• first of all, construction of roads and engineering networks,
• construction and modernization of hotels in Norilsk and Dudinka,
• construction of tourist camps on the Lama and Sobachye lakes (including for divers),
• organization of tent camps, campsites and glampings on the territory of the Putorana Plateau,
• development of helicopter and tracking routes,
• modernization of tourist equipment,
• attraction of tourists to the cluster, etc.

Totally there are 24 investment projects for today.
