Many Russians tend to go on holiday away from their home country. At the same time foreigners are willing to pay good money for the opportunity to admire her beauty. Week tour to Moscow, without the cost of airfare, costs at least 3,5 thousand dollars. The upper limit is virtually absent: you need to pay 23 thousand dollars for the opportunity to fly on a MiG-29 and "only" 10 thousand for a trip to the Pole of Cold. Trans-Siberian Railway and Baikal lake
Probably Transsiberian railway will become exclusively a tourist attraction. Already you can hear in the coaches of branded trains foreign speech sounds more often rather than Russian. It is difficult to explain the Russian people, why you need to spend a few days to travel by train to Irkutsk, where almost the same money you can fly there by plane. But foreigners are strongly tempted by such exotica. Description of the standard trip to Lake Baikal looks like arrival in Moscow - three days by train - cruise on the lake. No one offers to back to travel by train.
Kuril Islands, Kamchatka
The second most popular tour after Lake Baikal is a trip to Kamchatka and the Kuriles. For the opportunity to see hundreds of volcanoes, swim in thermal springs and see local natural landscape foreigners are willing to pay any money. However, there are many Russian, who would like to go there. And now our tourists are in a better position: to process permits they need only to apply request that sooner or later will be considered.
Travel to Yakutia to the Pole of Cold
The pole of cold is in Yakutia, in the town Ojmjakon. Many foreigners travel at this exotic place. Touroperators recommend this journey only to those who've been to the North and South poles and climbed Everest, implying that the more extreme events in the world does not exist. Foreign guests are offered to see with their own eyes what happens to people and mechanisms at such extremely low temperatures and make sure that life in this place is still possible. But at the same time promise to provide an opportunity to talk with "real Russian people" and learn from them many interesting facts of Soviet history.
Military Tours
Rich military history of our country and the increasing commercialization of the army, of course, could not remain without attention of foreigners. For example, the foreign guests re offered to immerse themselves in a "real army life." Tourists live in a forest camp (20 kilometers from Moscow), where learn to put up tents, dig trenches and cook over an open fire. Then they learn how to navigate in the forest and produce their own food, how to set alarm fence around the camp and carry the night guard. And as the final chord, foreigners take part in the military game with the landing of a helicopter and running around the woods trying to catch the enemy flag.
