The International video festival takes place in Siberia at 23-30 of August.

Taiga, severe climate, 4500 kilometers from Moscow, 300 kilometers to Krasnoyarsk on the Trans-Siberian Railway. That is not only a video festival, but the total experiment in time and space. 

Kansk -  the small town was found in the Internet, chosen incidentally: according to the accord with the name of the French festival. The joke generated a legend that in Russia there will be the Kansk festival. The legend became reality in 2002.

The festival  is annual, international, with the big program, with international jury and a stock of new ideas for 150 years forward.

During the festival be shown short videos  and feature films from the different countries.
