The tour doesn’t require special physical training. Rafting experience is recommended but not essential. Tour requires some stamina and sociability. In unusual situations it is important to listen to the opinion of experienced guides.
Help with daily bivouac chores are welcome (firewood, campfire, putting up tents).
Each participant is obliged to comply with safety instructions and the directions of the instructor.
We recommend you to have a vaccination against tick-borne encephalitis.
The route passes through sparsely populated and unpopulated areas, deprived of the benefits of civilization. The tourist should be ready to travel and not be afraid of field conditions and weather adversities.
Timetable and overnight places may be slightly changed due to objective reasons.
Required personal equipment: comfortable shoes for rafting (neoprene water shoes, sport shoes or sandals); two sets of sportswear for rafting and recreation, warm clothing (wool cap, sweater, jacket, woolen socks); windproof suit; headdress from the sun; raincoat; bathing suit; sunglasses; personal hygiene items; first-aid kit; flashlight; sunscreen.
We recommend to have your own sleeping bag.
The group provides with group equipment: 6-8-seater rafts; for safety group is accompanied by a safety catamaran or raft; first-aid kit; 2-3-person frame tents; dry bags; campfire and cooking utensils; awning; field shower.
Special personal equipment provided: helmet; oars; life jackets; splash suit; sleeping bag; sleeping pad; personal dishes.
Food:
The food is cooked on a fire by accompanying staff.
