Tuvan reindeer breeders gave to “Abakanskiy” Zoo 10 Todzhinsky reindeers (Rangifer tarandus fennicus Flerov). Which are actually very rare and represent a special subspecies of reindeer that are bigger then other subspecies.

There are mentions about Tuvan reindeers by such famous travelers like Marco Polo and Alexander Douglas Carruthers .

Moreover there is a possibility that some time later we can see these special reindeers in Krasnoyarsk region in natural reserve “Yergaki”.
