It will allow listeners to hear exotic classical tunes of modern composers performed by leading european singers and Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra with Michael Benumov at the head.

A number of outstanding Italian musicians will take part in “The year of Italy in Russia”. In particular Sonya Bellugi, the soloist of the Paris Opera, and Leo Kremer who is the conductor, organist and pianist, winner of international organist contests in Austria, Belgium, Germany and Italy will perform in Krasnoyarsk for the first time.

Moreover, within the Festival several master-classes of leading european musicians Gabriella Sborgi (mezzo-soprano), Davida Belligu (blockflute), Phillipo Faesa (piano) and Anna Serova (alto) will be held.

On the 12^th of September at 8 p.m. at the Dom Kino the documentary “Italian Diaries” was shown to open the Festival. “Italian Diaries” is about a road tour of Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra in Italy.

As usual the Festival is held under the patronage of Piotr Pimashkov - the mayor of Krasnoyarsk. The Main Department of Culture of Krasnoyarsk city Administration is the founder of 10^th International Festival “Siberia-Europa”.
