On the Day of Novosibirsk (June 28) more than 1.5 thousand people will take part in a carnival procession. The youngsters will go from the Administration of Novosibirsk oblast to the Square of Lenin along Red avenue.

The participants of the carnival are students of the city's universities, social organizations, art groups, sportsmen, subcultures representatives.

The culmination of the Day will be a concert of young bands.
