Bookcrossing – book exchange between people - is becoming more and more popular in Russia. Yekaterinburg International Airport “Koltsovo” now offers passengers to share their books with other travellers.

According to the report on the airport's Facebook page, “Koltsovo” has started an action “Book on the trip”. Now, anyone can leave a book in a special basket in the baggage claim area. Preference is given to classical and modern prose and poetry. Books can be taken from a special shelf in the domestic airlines departure terminal. Any publications are avaliable for free.

Each edition will be provided with a stamp that says “This book starts its journey in the airport Koltsovo” and a “passport” - a paper sheet, where one can specify the name of the reader, the place of a “meeting” with a book, and leave a feedback.
