The president of Buryatiya Vyatcheslav Nogovitsyn invited the president of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev to dive into Baikal lake on a deep-water device "Mir" during the second part of the expedition of "Mir" on Baikal.

The prime-minister of Russia Vladimir Putin also got the invitation. There is possibility that somebody from the Federation council will join the president and the prime-minister. The matter is that Baikal economic conference will be held during the expedition in Burytiya. The chairman of the conference will be the speaker of the Russian parliament upper chamber Sergey Mironov.
