In the end of 2012 in the center of Krasnoyarsk at the Teatralnaya square a new hotel will be built. It will be a 5-star hotel with a view on Yenisei river. Its total square will be 19.1 thousand m² and it will have 200 rooms. It also will include 2 restaurants, a bar, a conference-hall and office premises. The project of the hotel has been developed by an international company which specialization is big international hotel networks – “Aukett Fitzroy Vostok”. Amount of money to be invested in this project – 1,6 bln rubles.

It will be the first brand hotel in Krasnoyarsk – international operator Radisson Hotel. Hotels of such class always are built at the “first line” of the city.

Today there is no hotel in Krasnoyarsk with class higher than 3 stars. New 5-star hotel is focused on guests who have special requirements to the level of hotel service.
