Tour operator “Sayan Ring” got an honorable right for providing French writers traveling by train “Blaise Cendrars” with tourist and excursion services in the framework of the year of France in Russia.

Literary train was called in honor of outstanding Swiss and French writer Blaise Cendrars. When he was 16, Blaise Cendrars started his journey along the Trans Siberian Railroad. This journey gave a start to the new wonderful poem “Prose about Trans Siberian Express and little Jeanne from France”, which was published in 1913.

In order to pay tribute to Blaise Cendrars about 20 French writers are undertaking a trip along the Trans Siberian Railroad from Moscow to Vladivostok. During the stopping places in big cities the members of the trip are planning to get acquainted Russian readers with their creative work getting the support from centres of French culture and language in Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk.

Finally it is planned to publish anthology in two languages, representing writers and their works of art. It will be distributed in all centres of French language and culture mentioned above.
