The 10^th festival will be held on 17-19 of July in Mansky district. This year the Ministry of culture will support the specialists of Mansky district in organizing and holding the festival. It is also planned that the number of the festival participants will increase - the representatives of Krasnoyarsk bard clubs and authors from other regional districts will come to Mansky district. The Ministry of culture hopes that the festival "Vysotsky and Siberia" will turn into one of the brand cultural events of Krasnoyarsk region.

It is necessary to mention that the festival is financially supported by the regional budget since 2007.
