The Evenkia’s flag has been settled twice upon Kilimanjaro in Tanzania: the first height was 3,720 m, the second 5,681 m.

The event has been carried out within the ecological expedition organized by the international project of cosmonauts and astronauts NEO. The expedition includes representatives from Russia, Germany and Poland.

Tamara Bulevich, a writer, said that the action was aimed to draw attention to ecological problems. Evenkia is considered to be one of the purest places on Earth, due to hosting the Plateau of Putorano. So the flag is the symbol of the territory free of civilization.
