This is the fascinating tale of the search for the fabled tomb of the notorious 13th Century Mongol warrior Genghis Khan. According to legend, the blood-thirsty fighter was buried with his massive plundered treasure, including gold, silver, art and textiles from around the world. Through the centuries, searching for the treasure was forbidden. Until now. After careful study, American historian Maury Kravitz has computed what he believes is Khan's exact burial spot and has persuaded the Mongolian government to allow him to bring his team of archeologists on a bold adventure to find the sacred burial site. During a dangerous journey over the Mongolian steppes, the team battles pit vipers, an anthrax outbreak and the country's political elite - and what they discover hidden in the hardened earth will send chills down your spine.
