A well-known lama Yoten Damcho, prior monk of Tibetan monastery, was invited to Tuva by its governement.

During his visit lama met with Tuvan authorities and discussed some questions upon possible coming of Dalai-Lama to Tuva under united support of three Russian buddhist republics: Tuva, Buryatia and Kalmykia.

After that buddhist monk followed to Kyzyl temple, where he held public prayer and sermon. People of Tuva met him wearing white scarves demonstrating great respect and awing. 

The next day lama left to Chadan town to visit famous temple "Ustuu-Huree", which was completely destroyed during Soviet reign and now is being restored. At his staying in Chadan Yoten Damcho blessed the temple and people of the town.

The guest monk promised to do his best at strenghening the religious relations between buddhists of Tibet and those of Tuva.
