Unique euipment for research of cosmic rays of superhigh energies will be launched in Tunkinsky district of  Buryatia. Its sqare is 1 km²and it's the first development of such a kind in Russia developped in collaboration with instute of applied physics of Italy and Germany.

This telescope consists of many round modules plunged into the water regestering the movement and behavour of neгtrino - the most mysterious partcicle.

This device will help scientists to reveal the mystery of high-energy cosmic rays and therefore the mystery of birth of the Universe.
