Tuvan republic, being one of the most difficult of access regions of Russia having no railway connections, will develop minor aircraft.

Air-taxi company "Dexter" has been chosen to perform regular flights from Kyzyl to other regions of Russia. The main unit of company's air fleet is airplane "Pilatus PC – 12". One-enjined propjet can reach the speed of 500 km\h within distance of 2000 kms, is equipped for 8 personal seats with powerpoints, sliding tables, DVD players and water closet.

Nowadays there are several variants of co-working from Tuvan authorities and air company represenatives being discussed.
