The 390^th anniversary will be celebrated by the fair. All the celebrations will be organized on August 1. The day of the city will be opened by the costumed procession, where "live pictures" from the city's history will be shown. Then there will be a theatre performance based on the novels of the writer Aleksey Bondarenko who lived in this district. After the performance Yeniseisk will decline its responsibility of being "The cultural capital of the region" and give the symbol to Krasnoyarsk.

Besides, the guests and the citizens will be invited to the Children's stadium to see the opening of Yeniseisk fair. The handicraft area will be represented by the skilled craftsmen from the region. The central street of the city will turn into local "Arbat" where painters will draw pictures, hold master classes and exhibit their works.

The citizens of the city will be traditionally congratulated by the authorities. Then the Day of the city will be continued by the gala-concert.
