A new five-star hotel will open in Krasnoyarsk in 2012.  This was announced by the chairman of "Krepost-hotel" Alexander Kangun. According to his words, the hotel will be built on the base of acquired franchise. It is planned that the hotel will be constructed on the embankment, near Oktyabrsky bridge. The project is developed by Krasnoyarsk and German architects. There will be 2 high buildings: 14 and 16 floors connected by a transparent atrium. The cost of the object is 65 billion euro.
