Tuvinian group "Alash" finished its tour along Eastern cost of America from Virginia to Vermont. The tour scheme was rather hard.

The musicians perfomed Кennedy Center, took part at Grassroots and Lowell Folk festivals.

Also Tuvinian throat singers organized a joint concert with Sun Ra Arkestra in Philadelphia, which used to come to Tuva for several years, and perfomed alive on Boston radioair.

Throat singing (khoomei) lessons became one of the main part of their tour. Professor of New England in Boston, where the workshop took place, Robert Labari said: "These guys are great teachers. Our students, being very excited and suprised of Tuviniand musicians, took active part in aquiring throat singing skill. It's very unusual for them to learn new unknown vocal techniques as they were tought in classical European style. Khoomei helps us to enable of abilities of our voice and produce new kind of music".
