A puppet-theater is orginised in tent installed in the center of Kyzyl (Tuva). An organizer of this event Viktor Kuular claims his perfomances and workshops to have therapeutic effect.

Viktor is an enthusiastic promoter and researcher of glove-puppets which were widely spread in Tuva. Being an architect by profession, during five years he has been collecting historical materials, folk-tales, sketches and prototypes of national Tuvan toys. His researches found implementation in nice puppets made of wood and silk. Also he develloped special guide-books with help of which any family or school can create one's own mini-studio or amateur puppet-theatre.

Viktor's perfomamces based on national folk are very diverse, colourful, interesting and bring lots of fun to children. It's no doubt he deserves his nickname "Tuvan Jeppetto".
