Russia intends to liberalize registration procedures  for the entry of tourists and foreign businessmen. Dmitry Medvedev said, that in deciding on easing the visa regime with EU countries  there will not be any delays from the Russian side .
"Russia is ready to ease the visa regime with the EU as soon as our partners are ready. No matter how much time they need for this. Our registration procedure should be as liberal as respectful to those who lawfully come to our country. This plan Medvedev announced at the forum" Petersburg Dialogue "in Hanover.
