14:00-15:00 Our gastronomic tour will start with lunch in the Bulgakov bar.

The Bulgakov Bar was opened in 2012 in the building of a shoe factory constructed in the 1920s. Over the years, the bar has gained great popularity among Krasnoyarsk residents and guests of the city. The eclectic interior combining vintage and Russian avant-garde, the unique bar's list full of original liqueurs and cocktails on their basis and original New Russian cuisine style gastronomy using local products and Siberian favorites allowed the Bulgakov bar to become a gastronomic landmark of the city.

Guests will start their acquaintance with the cuisine of Yenisei Siberia with a salad with Yenisei omul, the main dish made of northern venison, dessert made of wild berries and original liqueurs and taiga herbal tea. *

Further the group departs for a city tour of Krasnoyarsk.

15:00-18:00 City tour with visiting the city's sightseeing spots.

Your acquaintance with Krasnoyarsk begins with a visit of the main city symbol - the Paraskeva Pyatnitsa Chapel. During the Krasnoyarsk city tour you will visit the historical part of the city with its 18th - 19th century architectural monuments, mansions of Siberian merchants and philanthropists, you will also visit the monument to Andrey Dubensky, the founder of the city, Theatre Square and many other places.

Guests will then enjoy a culinary program at Tunguska Restaurant, which has garnered a host of awards for its original design and culinary solutions, and was named one of the top 10 best restaurants in Russia in 2025 by the international restaurant award WHERETOEAT Russia 2025.

The starting point for the cuisine's concept is Siberian gastronomic traditions, the quintessence of the long-standing interaction between Russian cuisine and the cuisines of its closest Asian neighbors, as well as the dietary traditions of the indigenous people of the North. The menu places special emphasis on local produce sourced from throughout Yenisei Siberia, as well as on open-fire cooking techniques—in a Russian wood-fired oven and on the coals of an open grill.

Another key component of the Tunguska concept is the bold combination of Siberian gastronomic traditions with modern wine culture.

The set is based on the universal narrative model of a person's journey and transformation, inherent in all myths – old and new, Western and Eastern, including the legends of the people of Yenisei Siberia. Through trials and challenges, the hero finds what matters most – himself.

10:00-12:30 Out-of-town excursion to Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station, Tsar Fish observation deck and the city of Divnogorsk.

The Yenisei River is one of the largest rivers in the world and the fully-flowing river in Russia. It is certainly one of the major nature landmarks of the Krasnoyarsk region. Our acquaintance with this great river will start with a visit to the Tsar-fish observation deck, will be continued with a walk along the Divnogorsk city embankment and will end with a visit to the Krasnoyarskaya Hydroelectric Power Station. Wherever He flows, the Yenisei is splendid!

At Divnogorsk embankment we will have a coffee stop overlooking the mountains and the great Yenisei River. 

13:00-14:00 Lunch at a restaurant on the banks of the Yenisei.

14:30-17:30 After lunch you will have a boat trip on the Krasnoyarsk Sea.

During 3 hours you will see the Biryusinsky bay, walk at the Tsar's Gate stone arch and at the Mamontova cave.

In programs from October to May, the boat trip is replaced by a visit to the Bobrovy Log fun park.

On the way back we will visit the fish market, where we will taste the Yenisei fish and buy some delicious souvenirs.

After a fulfilling day we will visit the most famous restaurant in Krasnoyarsk – Khozyain Taygi.

"Khozyain Taygi" is not just a pretty name borrowed from the Soviet film of the same name. It is a place where you get into a Siberian forest fairy tale.

You will always be welcomed here with first-class Siberian cuisine and high level of service. Friendly atmosphere, mountain and river view, crackling birch wood in the fireplace set you up for a leisurely meal and nice conversation. The highlight of the restaurant's menu is original dishes made of traditional northern products, delicacies from game and first-class meat.

The restaurant's interior, designed in the Alpine chalet style and decorated with photos and memorabilia from the archive of the "Khozyain Taygi" film crew and Vladimir Vysotsky's family, deserves special attention.

13:00-14:00 Lunch at the Chalet restaurant. 

14:00-18:00 Excursion to the Krasnoyarsk Stolby Reserve, hiking part of 3 km.

The Krasnoyarsk Stolby Reserve is the lungs of Krasnoyarsk!

Park's main attraction - the great remnants of weathering of ancient rocks, a mystic object of geological research, the best sports equipment for Russian rock climbers, favourite natural observation decks with stunningly picturesque views. No exaggeration, each stone of the rock massif is unique and contains invaluable historical background information.

You will stroll along the taiga trails and see the bizarre pillars well-known throughout the world: the Pervyi Pillar (The First), Perya (Feathers), Ded (grandfather), Levinye Vorota (Lion's Gate) and others.

19:00 After a brief rest you will head for dinner, cooked by yourself under the guidance of the chef. Local products and local recipes will be used and you will be able to do it at home using your new skills. The theme of the cooking master class is "Hunting and Fishing", and we will prepare muksun sugudai, pea soup puree with smoked meat in rye bread and stewed venison in lingonberry sauce. *

21:30 returning to the hotel.

16:00-19:00 A pleasant time to choose some delicious souvenirs.

The program includes a visit to the city's central market, where you can buy northern fish, wild vegetables, pine nuts, taiga honey, and much more.

At the Kraskon store, the city's oldest chocolate factory, you can buy sweet treats: signature bird cherry candies called "Bird Cherry Bouquet," pine nut chocolates called "Amazing Siberia" and "Soul of Siberia," as well as candies called "Manna," "Krasnoyarye," and "Bagheera," which have already become famous far beyond the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

At the tea shop, you can buy teas and taiga herbal infusions.

After souvenirs are bought we head to the show, but the show is quite unusual.

19:00 Audio play - a tour of the city center "The Promenade by Houses".

What is Promenade "By Houses"?  It is fascinating stories about houses, people and history from interesting residents of Krasnoyarsk. It is not an ordinary excursion, it is an audio-performance through the historical centre of the city in your headphones.

20:30-22:00 Dinner at the 0.75 Please Wine & Kitchen restaurant.

The restaurant "0.75 Please Wine & Kitchen" is ranked 9th among the best restaurants in Russia according to WHERETOEAT Russia 2024. This project was inspired by the atmosphere of a wine cellar, a 19th century historical building, a great love for wine, our region and local products.
